We’re here to make your stay seamless. Our amenities include; zero-entry terraced pool, 750-ft lazy river, grills, grill cabanas for rent, game room, movie theater, fitness center, children’s room, heated indoor pool, Spa, hot tubs, secured garage parking, sand volleyball, game area.
We require a minimum stay-two nights strictly enforced by Diamond Beach staff.
Cancellation Policy-100% 14 days in advance, 50% 8-13 days in advance, ,no refunds within 7 days of arrival 24 hour grace period after booking if arrival is more than three days in advance. Optional travel insurance is offered and strongly encouraged.
Check-in-Guest checks in with the 24-hour Concierge. Instructions are included in the welcome letter. Check-in time is 4 p.m.
Pets-Renters are not allowed to have pets. This is a Diamond Beach Resort Policy and is strictly enforced by the staff.
There are security cameras throughout the complex. There is a ring video doorbell outside of the property. There are no cameras inside the property.

Parking-1 vehicle is allowed in the secured garage, and one vehicle is allowed in the outside lot for a maximum of two vehicles. Please notify host if you want to bring an oversized vehicle before booking.

Yes, a $300 hold is placed on the credit card just like hotels 1-2 days before arrival, and is released 1-6 days after departure.
